I have been a freelance digital photographer and image editor since 2002 and have photographed all over the world. I shoot concerts, events, travel, sports, community activities, corporate seminars, headshots, portraits, corporate, candids, interiors and exteriors, editorial, landscapes, nature, HDR, stock photography and more. I have experience restoring old photographs and retouching and manipulating new ones.

In Australia, my photographic work has appeared in The Weekend Australian, The Bundaberg News-Mail, The Bundaberg Guardian, The Bundaberg Bugle, Horizon Magazine, Coastline News, Naturechain Magazine and ECO News. My photos have also been featured in multiple broadcast industry trade magazines in the US, on websites for everything from environmental organizations to international performers, and on the front page of the RGV Business Journal in Southern Texas. In the summer of 2008 I photographed Grammy award winner Brian Setzer and his band Stray Cats in France and Italy during their European Farewell Tour. In 2003 I completed a series of 6 week courses at the Showcase School of Photography in Atlanta, Georgia, including Photography 101 & 102, Digital 101, Portrait Photography and Basic Studio Photography. I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Bridge extensively on a daily basis, as well as plug-ins such as Virtual Photographer, Focus Magic and Neat Image. I have a great deal of experience with Photomatix Pro and The Panorama Factory and am competent with online editing services such as Aviary and Picnik. I am a regular user of Flickr and have previously used other services such as SmugMug and PBase. I also have some experience with the Gimp, Picasa, ImageStyler, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat and I have created simple graphics, logos and advertising for websites, businesses and nonprofit organizations.
