I am an advanced Windows 95/98/2000/XP user. I am proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Open Office, Acrobat, CRM software such as CiviCRM, bug tracker and trouble ticket systems. I type approximately 60 words per minute.
I am comfortable communicating professionally with clients and coworkers in any manner necessary, be it telephone, instant messaging such as Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, MSN, Skype, VOIP, email including Outlook, Thunderbird, Eudora, webmail, forums, or social networking like MySpace, Facebook and Twitter.
